Christine Kristoff-Cote

Christine grew up as a farm girl in Sterling—riding horses and throwing hay bales.

With a life long passion for sports, she played collegiate softball for Assumption College in Worcester and spent over 18 years coaching and leading all-star softball teams (16-under girls) to winning multiple championships. Christine recently made the decision to retire from playing in area women’s leagues. After struggling with weight for years, she recently lost 70lbs and has begun a new chapter in her life—working hard to be healthy and fit.  She wishes to share her journey with others through her passion, enthusiasm, experience, and teaching abilities. She is Madd Dogg/Johnny G Spin certified, Kettlebell certified, Kettlebell AMPD certified, Keiser cycling certified, and is currently working toward her personal training certification through NASM.  Christine lives in Sterling with her husband and is owner/operator of their family business.  She cherishes time with her nieces, enjoys restoring Mopar muscle cars, cuddling with her dogs, and playing with her horses.
