Ultimate Fitness is proud to offer the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s (NASM) Optimum Performance Training (OPT) progressive model, one of the industry’s first comprehensive training system based on scientific, evidence-based research. The model is divided into three training stages—Stabilization, Strength, and Power. Using NASM as our foundation, this 60-minute workout incorporates core stability, flexibility, balance, cardiovascular, reactive, and agility training in each workout. It builds functional strength that is required to perform everyday tasks, improve athletic performance, and help prevent sport injuries. This 12-week class is appropriate for ANY fitness level! All components are modified to suit individual needs. And rest assured. If you ARE at a Navy Seal level, you will be more than challenged.  Each class incorporates multiple technique combinations such as Total Body Resistance Exercise (TRX), High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Kettlebells, and Core Stabilization Training. Sign up at the front desk or just give us a call!

Stabilization Training

The main focus of this level is to increase muscular endurance and stability while developing optimal coordination.

Strength Training

This stage emphasizes the maintenance of stabilization and endurance, while building muscle.

Power Training

Speed and power development is the goal of this level.
