Join us in Fusion for a fast paced, high intensity, one-hour, full body work out. After a warm up, participants enjoy 5-minute intervals on our Keiser bikes in-between exercises that work the entire body. Hitting all four major muscle groups approximately four times, this class utilizes a variety of tools including TRX, kettlebells, and dumbbells, often in a “bootcamp” style.
