Each season, throughout the year, we offer intense programs for those who are looking for an extra push towards their fitness goals. Run by certified trainer Mike Hakkarainen, these 90-minute, weekly sessions consist of a variety of high intensity bodyweight exercises designed to assist in the development of endurance and strength as well as the pursuit of weight loss goals.
