Be prepared to work and take notes! Seminars are as follows: Week 1: Stabilization, Week 2: Strength Endurance, Week 3: Power Training, Week 4: Compound Vertical and Week 5: TRX.

Join Lori for a six week journey into health and wellness. Each class is 1 hour long. Includes the Ultimate Fitness Nutrition Guide and a weekly weigh in.
