Welcome back!! We miss you! We hope you had a fantastic summer, are well rested and ready to get back to a routine! Check out our new schedule, we’ve added cycling classes at 9:15 AM on Friday and Saturday as well as an Insanity class with Melissa on Monday morning at 5:45 AM. These classes are included in your membership! So if you haven’t gotten back into the swing of things now is the time! We can’t wait to see you!!
New members join us this summer for $159 for 3 months includes 2 sessions with a personal trainer! Student summer special $99 for 3 months or $159 includes a boot camp work out on Wednesday evenings at 6:30PM (6 week session) beginning July 10th. Youth special ages 10 – 14, two 45 minutes youth fitness classes (no weights involved) Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30PM beginning July 9th. Come join us on Saturday, April 6th beginning at 6AM with Power Yoga, cycling at 7AM, 8AM, 9AM, 10AM, Zumba at 10AM, OPT at 7AM and 9AM, complimentary massages all day with Brit, refreshments including Shakeology and raffles at every class! We are suggesting a $10 donation for all classes (checks only please made out to March of Dimes).
This fundraiser is for the March of Dimes. A cause very close to my heart. My sister Michelle lost her baby on October 12, 2012. Please help me to raise awareness for those who have also suffered this devasting loss. I remember the nurse handing my sister Nicholas and saying to her you can hold him for as long as you want…my sister replied “I wanted to hold him for the rest of my life”. Let’s help the March of Dimes give all babies a healthy start.

Kettle Bell “boot camp” (30 minutes) Monday @ 5:45 AM and Wednesday @ 5 AM the perfect addition to your early morning cycling class!
