We apologize for a typographical error that appeared here last week regarding the START time of the Nutrition Seminar. It is held at 11AM, not 12PM, weekly on Saturdays. We are so sorry for any inconvenience!
The Learn to Lift Seminar is also held at that time on the 3rd Saturday of every month.
Once again we find ourselves in a challenging situation. With extremely dangerous driving conditions, the current blizzard warning, coupled with the Governor’s direction for non essential worker’s to stay off the roads, we are making the difficult decision to close the gym tomorrow. Again, our first priority is the safety of our members and following state instructions.
We will be open on Monday unless otherwise communicated here and on our Facebook page.

Looking for something to do when you’re not in a class but not sure where to start? This is the seminar for you! Our NEW 90 minute, five series course will be held on the 3rd Saturday of every month. Be prepared to work and take notes! Seminars are as follows: Week 1: Stabilization, Week 2: Strength Endurance, Week 3: Power Training, Week 4: Compound Vertical and Week 5: TRX.
2. Ultimate Fitness Nutrition Course with NASM Certified Weight Loss Specialist and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Lori L’Ecuyer; 5 weeks, $179.00.
Join Lori for a six week journey into health and wellness. Each class is 1 hour long. Includes the Ultimate Fitness Nutrition Guide and a weekly weigh in. Learn what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat! In addition, we will take a trip to the grocery store to learn to shop and will enjoy an afternoon of cooking! ATTENTION all Ultimate Fitness Members,
As the governor has declared a snow emergency, urging employers to close businesses state wide, the gym is closing now (8:00AM.)
With yet ANOTHER highly unusual snow event today, our priority is following the state recommendations and instructions, ensuring the safety of our members.
It takes A LOT for Ultimate Fitness to close its doors, but in light of these warnings and the extreme conditions, we must take this frustrating step in an abundance of caution.
So…be careful out there and be ready to work hard when you return!
Due to the weather forcast and the predicition of MORE SNOW we will close 10:30 AM this morning!!! Great turn out at 4:45 am!! To all of you who braved the weather this morning, AWESOME JOB!! Please remember if we are open and you are signed up for a class you need to call to cancel. This will enable me to notify the instructor in the case that no one is attending class so that they do not make an unneccessary ride in. Thank you.

You ate well all day, exercised by shoveling TONS of snow, and got plenty of fresh air while you were at it. Right??
And NOW, you get to come back to the gym TODAY! We will be open during our regular business hours! All classes will be running on our normal schedule with the exception of our COMPLIMENTARY Yoga class which is rescheduled for next Wednesday, February 4th at 9:30AM!
