How excited are YOU?

You ate well all day, exercised by shoveling TONS of snow, and got plenty of fresh air while you were at it. Right??

And NOW, you get to come back to the gym TODAY! We will be open during our regular business hours! All classes will be running on our normal schedule with the exception of our COMPLIMENTARY Yoga class which is rescheduled for next Wednesday, February 4th at 9:30AM!

See you today, RIGHT?!


With emergency management officials warning that the impending winter storm will be potentially “historic and destructive”, UF has decided to make its own “historic” decision to close the gym TOMORROW, Tuesday, January 27th, for the first time ever during a storm. Our first priority is the safety of our members and their families.

The 1-27-2015 SPIN LIST will be used for next week’s 2-3-2015 class. You DO NOT need to call the gym and cancel for class. OPT classes may be made up.

IF weather conditions persist, and we need to close on Wednesday, January 28th, all members will be notified via Facebook and our website.

NOTE: Classes are still on this evening; we are open until 8pm.

“Tis the season”…for so many things!! Shopping, decorating, giving, eating and drinking!! With the holidays right around the corner it takes extra effort to get to the gym! Plan your gym time like an appointment and stay committed. There are 24 hours in a day, doesn’t your body deserve at least one hour dedicated to staying fit and healthy. We seldom think about the amount of time we spend eating, sleeping, working, talking on the phone, on facebook, on the computer, but for some reason an hour of exercise seems like a huge effort! Why is that when the payoff is so extraordinary? So next time you are thinking of blowing off the gym, just maybe there is something else of less importance that needs to go!!! Happy Holidays and Happy Fitness!!!


Summer… with it comes sunshine, cookouts, beach days, vacations and an over all sense of fun and relaxation!!  We love to see it coming and hate to see it go!!  As  summer comes to an end, and we start gearing up for the fall, it is a time to regroup and refocus!!  So as you get the kids off to school and readjust your schedule, don’t forget to make time for yourself!  What are your fitness goals?  Did they get lost in all that fun and relaxation that  summer brings?  No worries… time to get back at it and we will be happy to get you there!!

So, put us back on the calender and come on in for a workout or sign up for a cycling class…WE’VE MISSED YOU!!

Pan Mass Challenge

Join us this Saturday, July 19th for the Pan Mass Challenge Spin a Thon!  Our first ride starts at 7:15 a.m. with another at 8:15 a.m. and 9:15 a.m.  Let’s support Andy Racicot as he rides in remembrance of his Uncle Donnie.  I know that cancer has touched all of our lives in some way, so  lets join together to support a cause and make a difference in the battle against this disease!!  Can’t join us and want to make a donation?  Please make all donations payable to Pan Mass Challenge and leave them with the person at the front desk.  Thank you!

Welcome to Spring

Welcome to Spring!! It is hard to believe it is spring, and hopefully the warm weather is right around the corner. Get ready to pull out the tank tops, t-shirts and shorts!! We will be peeling off the layers and showing off our hard work before you know it! Not ready?? You still have time, get in and work out before we start sporting our bathing suits!!


Welcome back!! We miss you! We hope you had a fantastic summer, are well rested and ready to get back to a routine! Check out our new schedule, we’ve added cycling classes at 9:15 AM on Friday and Saturday as well as an Insanity class with Melissa on Monday morning at 5:45 AM. These classes are included in your membership! So if you haven’t gotten back into the swing of things now is the time! We can’t wait to see you!!
